Day 1: Tianya Haijiao 天涯海角

The most famous scenic spot in Hainan, Tianya Haijiao, lies just to the west of the city of Sanya. Its name literally means “the edge of the sky, rim of the sea” in Chinese. Because Tianya Haijian was the setting of a romantic legend, people regard this place as a symbol of eternal faith and love.
