Historic Ensemble of the Potala Palace, Lhasa

Situated in Lhasa, Tibet autonomous region, the Historic Ensemble of the Potala Palace consists of the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple Monastery and Norbulingka. The three sites all feature traditional Tibetan architecture with rich ornamentation. Integrated within the striking natural landscape, they form a unique site in Tibet.
