EXHIBITIONS
Chinese-Canadian painter Zhang Aiwei's solo exhibition, Sun and Life, will be presented in Guangzhou next month. Her works combine realism with Chinese painting styles. Her works are strong in color, vivid and harmonious. Most of her paintings are portraits of famous people.

Chinese-American oil painter Lin Shengyuan is famous in Sino-American oil painting circles. He has been deeply influenced by traditional Chinese culture and American liberal styles. His 60 works on show reflect living conditions in metropolitan societies.

Song Yonghong, who was born in 1966, is one of the country's most important surrealistic painters. He graduated from Zhejiang Fine Arts Academy, in the printmaking department, in the 1980s. Since then he has held dozens of exhibitions in China and overseas and gained a good reputation among international painting authorities. His solo exhibition in Guangzhou, Desires Plaza, will last until next month.
